This site is geared toward the everyday brainiac who is curious about how that brain of ours works and how we can augment its performance. Mental disorders will be broken down and demystified so that through better understanding we can progress as a species. Millions of people are afflicted with panic attacks but, are not armed with the knowledge on how to better cope with these panic and anxiety attacks. We, at the BetterBrainBlog will also introduce and suggest foods and supplements that may help you achieve the mental fortitude needed to survive in today’s high stress world. Meditation is often overlooked by Westernized nations and it is our hope to gently introduce you to these forms of brain exercise.
